The Career Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the mission of Education For All Children (EFAC) by designing and delivering career readiness programs, facilitating job placements and internships, building partnerships with employers, and supporting scholars in achieving their career goals. Reporting to the Programs Director, this position focuses on empowering students through tailored career counselling, mentorship, and employability training while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for scholars.
